Mr. Bunn is the CEO of Attis Clean Energy Group. Prior to becoming CEO, Mr. Bunn was a Managing Director in Morgan Stanley’s project, commodity and structured finance group, where he executed transactions and restructured deals in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Prior to working in the Project Finance Group, Mr. Bunn worked in the Corporate Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions departments at Morgan Stanley.

Mr. Mulvihill is a Vice President at Attis Clean Energy Group. Prior to joining, he worked at Morgan Stanley in the Leveraged Finance Group and at Rothschild & Co in the Restructuring Advisory Group.

Mr. McNeil is the Chief Executive Officer of NexGen Resources Corporation, which supplies all the coal requirements for Xcel Energy’s Texas power plants, provides alternative fuel and clean coal technology commercialization, develops oil and gas resources, and provides mine development and operations. Prior to forming his company, Mr. McNeil held Board, CEO, and senior executive positions with Kaiser Steel, Kaiser Oil & Gas, Kaiser Coal, Kaiser Power, Perma Resources and Consol Energy.

Mr. Reynolds is the CFO of NexGen Oil & Gas. He leads NexGen’s Investment Committee and is heavily involved in the overall strategic direction and management of NexGen’s portfolio.  He is also the designated lead for matters relating to personnel and the overall organizational structure of the company.
